How Our Pricing Works

Billed by the Group — Not Per Person Our rates are charged by the group, not per person. Whether there are 2 people in the vehicle or 12, you pay one flat group rate. The more people in your party, the better the value per person.

Billed in 15-Minute Increments You only pay for the time you use. We bill in 15-minute increments — so if your tour wraps up early, you're not paying for time you didn't use. Fair and simple.

5-Hour Minimum for Tours All wine tour bookings require a five-hour minimum. In our experience, five hours is the sweet spot for a comfortable, unhurried visit to three or four wineries without feeling rushed at any stop.

What Affects Your Rate

Several factors influence the final hourly rate for your booking. We're upfront about all of them:

Day of the Week Weekend rates (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) are higher than weekday rates due to demand. If your schedule is flexible, a weekday tour offers excellent value and often a more relaxed winery experience as well.

Season April through October is peak season in Paso Robles wine country — harvest, wildflowers, and warm weather bring high demand. Rates during this period reflect that. Off-peak months (November through March) offer lower rates and more scheduling flexibility, and honestly, Paso Robles in the off-season is underrated.

Holidays Major holiday weekends — Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's — are subject to special holiday pricing. Book early for these dates as availability fills fast.

Vehicle Type & Group Size Rates vary based on the vehicle. A luxury SUV for a smaller group is priced differently than a Mercedes Sprinter van for a larger party. We'll match you with the right vehicle for your group size and quote accordingly.

Gratuity

A 20% gratuity for your chauffeur is added to every booking. We include this upfront so there's no awkwardness at the end of your tour and so your driver is always taken care of. Our chauffeurs work hard to make your experience exceptional — this ensures they're fairly compensated every time.
